Online Book Club Ordering 2015

Step 1: Go to   http://www.scholastic.com.au/schools/bookclub/

Step 2: Select Parent payments                    

Step 3: Select “Pay Now” from the “Book Clubs” side

Step 4: Parent Payment Options will come up with information about “LOOP”.  Using “LOOP” is the ONLY option for our school in 2015.

Start filling in the details.

Once you have selected our school, a pop up box will appear telling you will be redirected to another screen

Step 5: This screen explains what to you will do. Click on the blue bar.

Step 6: Fill in the required details & follow the prompts on the screen

Step 7: Choose the latest issue to appear.

Step 8: Choose the + next to the word “children”

Step 9:  Fill in your child’s name & select their class from the drop down box.

Step 10: Use the catalogue to enter details of the books you wish to buy

Step 11: After you have completed your order, follow the prompts for payment. Ensure you complete and lodge the order totally. No paperwork, money or cheques come to school. A close off date will be posted on the class blog & school newsletter alert. Late orders will attract a shipping cost to your home. The close off date is approximately 2-3 weeks after the issue of the catalogues to the children.

Step 12: The Class teacher receives an email from Book Club with a list of the children who ordered & the books they purchased. The teacher distributes the books upon delivery.
